3.15 CRM Activities


BenQ’s customer care is provided through the establishment of service centers and service network built by authorized service provider worldwide. BenQ’s Web site has also published information listed below:

  1. Corporation Information
  2. Product Information
  3. Promotions
  4. Online Shop (Depends on Regions)
  5. Product Warranty
  6. Product Support Information
  7. Software Updates
  8. Contact Information for Service Center, Authorized Service Provider
Customer satisfaction surveys are conducted by BenQ’s five regional sales offices worldwide regularly. Survey results are used for benchmarking and auditing of each service center & authorized service provider. Displacement of or request for quality improvements will be sent to those service center or provides that fail to meet the requirement of BenQ’s stand service quality

All authorize service provider are asked to provide service records by uploading them to an online database for all regional sale office to review. BenQ’s headquarters in Taiwan also does service data analysis on a daily basis for service quality assurance and ensuring continuing improvements
