1.1 Problem Statement
BenQ has always achieved its promise to build the world-class cutting-edge technology within the LCD monitor industry. It takes pride in the fact that its LCD monitors are the first in the world to have become Vista certified by Microsoft. Never the less, it is the world’s first LCD monitor with HDMI connector. Unfortunately, BenQ LCD monitor’s market in Malaysia does not seem as good as what it does in the worldwide.
